DMAE (dimethylaminoethanol) is an amino alcohol found in small amounts in the brain. It is considered a precursor to choline, an essential nutrient needed for acetylcholine production, a neurotransmitter involved in nerve signal transmission and healthy brain function.
Suggested use:
Take 1 capsule 1 to 3 times daily, preferably between meals. Do not exceed suggested dosage unless recommended by a physician.
