Tart cherry extract is derived from Montmorency cherries and may support sleep quality, muscle recovery, joint health, and immune function. Each serving is equivalent to 3,000 mg of tart cherry from a 10:1 extract.
Suggested use
As a dietary supplement, take 1 capsule daily with 8-12 oz of water or as directed by your healthcare professional.

Rice flour, hypromellose (cellulose) capsule, magnesium stearate (vegetable source).
